Tasting Note

We are fortunate to have sixteen individual blocks of Shiraz, all with different clone and rootstock combinations. These blocks are all hand-picked, fermented and aged separately. The very best go into our single block series. Block 8 sitsAt Top the north block. This block showed outstanding character and structure and was aged for 30 months in barrel to compliment the depth and darkness of the wine.
