CLUB MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTION

Wren Estate Wine Club

 
  1. Secured allocation of your favourite Wren Estate Wines to have on hand all year round
  2. As a “Counter” member, you will receive 12% discount on all purchases of current release wines in our Heathcote Cellar Door. (Not in conjunction with any other offer or on limited availability packs.)
  3. As a “Your Wine Pack” member, you will receive priority notification of limited availability packs, including rare wines and special mixed packs. As a member, you will receive priority notification of such packs as well as rare wines like our Single Blocks. With any packs, you will receive 18% discount on all future purchases of current release wines. we will deliver your wines in May and December each year unless the original packs are varied in writing before the wines are dispatched.(Not in conjunction with any other offer or on limited availability packs.)
  4. Exclusive events for all Wren Estate members.
  5. Priority notification of events. As a member, you will receive advanced notice of all limited release tickets for events.

  1. You can pick any wines from “Winemaker’s Choices”, minimal 3 bottles each. For other wines , please talk to one of our staff. And you will receive 17% off the recommended retail price (Excludes freight).
  2. The Wine Plans are very flexible and we’ll contact you before each delivery to give you the opportunity to change the mix of your wine selection, vary the delivery address, delay the delivery or increase the quantity of wine delivered.

Wine club terms & condition

Terms & Conditions

Delivery

  1. As a Wren Estate member, you can choose one of our membership-pack: “Winemaker’s Choice” or “Your own Choice”. we will send you 1 dozen bottles of wine in May and December each year unless the original packs are varied in writing before the wines are dispatched.
  2. Membership is only available to anyone 18 years of age or older.
  3. We will contact you to confirm your details prior to dispatch of your wine as Wren Estate cannot take responsibility for wines delivered to an old address.
  4. You promise NOT to use / conduct any fraudulent or business activity or have more than one Member Account at any time.
  5. Delivery available only within Australia
  6. If you have requested for your wine order to be left at an unattended delivery address, then this “Authority to leave” passes the risk of any loss or damage to you and you provide assurance that a person under the age of 18 cannot access the wine.

Cost

  1. For selected Member package ( “Winemaker’s Choice” or “ Your own Choice”), we will calculate your deliveries based on the selected wines and then apply the Wine Club members discount
  2. Prices are subject to change without notice
  3. Freight will be charged at Australia Post’s standard freight charges
  4. Your credit card will be stored securely and debited automatically prior to each shipment of wine
 

Wines

  1. Unfortunately, we can’t control mother nature so all wines are subject to availability. 
  2. Should a wine be in short supply, we will contact you about your allocation
 
Cancelling Membership
  1. You can cancel at any time however if the wine has been delivered and you decide to cancel your membership a $60 administration and delivery fee will apply for return of wine.
  2. To cancel membership please email accounts@wrenestate.com.au
